This portfolio currently does not sell products, take deposits, accept payment or conclude a paid service contract through the website. As a result, there is no website purchase to refund through this site.

Separately agreed freelance work

If a project is agreed outside this website, payment, cancellation and refund terms should be stated in the specific proposal or contract for that engagement, subject to applicable law. This page does not override statutory consumer rights.

If direct sales are added later

A checkout, paid booking or direct electronic service sale must not be launched under this policy without first adding the actual price, contracting, cancellation and refund rules required for that transaction and checking the relevant legal obligations.
