Who is responsible for this site?

What the contact form collects

The form asks for name, email address, project type, message and an explicit consent checkbox. It does not ask for a phone number, physical address, budget or location.

Why the information is used

Contact-form information is used to receive, review and respond to an inquiry, and to protect the form against abuse. It is not used for advertising profiles or sold to advertisers.

Form processing and hosting

The included production configuration uses Netlify Forms. When deployed that way, contact submissions are transmitted to and stored by Netlify so they can be delivered to the site owner. Hosting infrastructure may also process technical request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and security logs as part of operating and protecting the service.

Retention

The website code does not create a separate contact database. Form submissions remain subject to the retention and deletion controls of the configured form processor. Ruba should delete inquiries when they are no longer reasonably needed for the conversation, an active engagement, record-keeping obligations or dispute handling.

Cookies and analytics

The site code contains no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, social-media embeds or non-essential cookie code. See the Cookie Policy for the configured behavior.

Your requests

You may contact Ruba to ask about personal data submitted through this site and, where applicable, request access, correction or deletion. Applicable rights depend on the relevant law and circumstances.

Saudi privacy framework

Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law and implementing framework may apply depending on the processing and circumstances. This policy is written to disclose the data actually collected by this build and does not claim that the site has received a formal legal-compliance certification or legal review.

Changes

If hosting, analytics, embeds, payment, form processing or data practices change, this policy must be reviewed before those changes go live. Last updated: 6 September 2026.

Public note wall

Messages and optional names posted to the note wall are visible to everyone. Do not include private or sensitive information. Notes are stored with their creation time using Netlify Blobs until removed by the wall administrator. Requests to the wall are subject to platform rate limiting.
